My Style Guide: Let's Get Romper Around

One of my favorite staples for the summer is the romper. It is one of the trends I am so happy that came back in style. The romper looks great on all-body-types, short, tall, skinny, or plus-size. Throw on a great pair of strappy wedges and you are set for any occasion, cocktails on a rooftop, or a movie in the park. A denim jacket adds an element of casual and fun to the outfit. I paired my Rocksbox jewelry with this outfit and it was perfect. Thin gold layered necklaces, and gold ice-cream cone studs, add a fun element to the whole summertime outfit!

On us short girls, we tend not to wear a pattern because it shortens us or makes us look wider, which let's face it no one wants. But with a romper (shorts in particular) a pattern is a great option. This is a great piece to take a risk and try something bold. I went for a larger print and in a color tone that pairs nicely with my skin tone. I also love the fact that this romper has a draw-string waist, it gives definition to my figure.

The open-toe wedge is a must-have staple for your shoe collection. For me, having them in nude makes them versatile for any summer outfit. From shorts, to maxi-dresses, and of course jeans, They Go with everything and are perfect summer shoe To show off that summer pedicure. The great Thing about a smaller wedge is it accentuates the calf but is low enough To walk around all day in them.

I love jewelry but I don't want to have a massive assortment, so I look to Rocksbox to keep my look fresh and fun!. The pieces are amazing, and curated just for you. It's the Netflix for jewelry and completely worth the money.
