Start by garthering together all your ingredients and Choose a gin of your liking. We used New Amsterdam gin and LaCroix Pamplemousse for this recipe.
In a shaker muddle together the blackberries, pineapple sage, and pineapple with the simple syrup.
Add fresh lemon juice, gin and ice
Shake and strain into glass
Add ice and top with soda water.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, a blackberry, and pineapple sage leaf
